Reflective Essay
I started at ACLC in 9th grade. Things were very different from traditional schools when comparing it to ACLC.Well, the study pace was a great impact, It shocked me when I first attended ACLC.When I get used to it,of course I liked it.Actually,Iam enjoying much of the freedom and "At your own pace" study atmosphere.
Honestly,I was quite confused when I first started here.Fortunately,I gradually get used to this environment.One of the major joyful life in ACLC is there's no bullies.Iam quite a sensitive person and I have a pretty bad unpleasant experience of being teased and as a bullied target during my elementary school years.
I also realized all these years in ACLC that Iam responsible on my own school work and find ways on how to achieve them.I have lots of bumps now and then to work to complete my high school years.I learned that in order to graduate,I need to gain basic knowledge to complete all the requirements to fulfill that dimploma.
Open communication to facilitators,concilors,resources,and even fellow learners are very important.This school environment also requires lots of team work,group projects and other activity events.
My experience in ACLC was really nice and Iam looking forward to the future.I will miss my friends I have made along the way but Iam excited about moving into the college life.I will never forget my time in ACLC and I'll never forget the teachers who supported and helped me through out these marvelous years at ACLC.
